About Us
As an HR Advisory firm, all these years our main concerns have been people, careers and organizations. We have been learning how people behave as individuals and as part of teams and coming up with people solutions. In the course of our journey, we learnt that people start worrying their future career success while still in schools. As an HR firm we decided to come up with a solution that would help both parents and students in their career direction. And we as HR professionals did not need to refocus to come up with this solution.
About MyVector
It is beyond any reasonable doubt that interests play a big role in shaping ones career success but a scientific method to identify one's interests remained a dream for a long time. American scientist Dr John L. Holland came up with a hexagonal structure of interests. According to Dr Holland, there are six vocational personality types.
myVector is an assessment tool for school students designed based on Holland's theory, behavioral competency theories and psychometric assessment of values.
